Assessment Components

Examination Procedures

Centralised Exam Paper Setting:
Papers created by UK subject specialists.
Secure Paper Distribution:
Encrypted or sealed package delivery.
Standardised Invigilation:
Follows UFP Invigilation Manual procedures: ID checks, logs, prohibited items control.
Video Monitoring:
Some centres use live or recorded supervision.

Marking & Moderation

First Marking: Completed by trained assessors.
Internal Moderation: Second marking sample checks.
External Moderation: Conducted by UFP Assessment (UK) external examiners.
Academic Board Oversight: Final approval of results and quality assurance.

Grade Boundaries

Academic Integrity Policies

Prohibited Behaviours:
Cheating, unauthorised materials, communication in exam rooms.
Plagiarism or AI-generated content for coursework.
Tampering with papers or answer sheets.
Consequences:
Immediate U grade.
Formal investigation.
Possible removal from the programme.
Centre Quality Assurance
• Centre Approval:
Evaluation of facilities, staff, and academic systems.
• Annual QA Inspections:
Review of teaching, invigilation, and student performance.
• Standardised Documentation:
Attendance sheets, exam logs, marking records, moderation reports.
Results Release & Certification
Results published after Academic Board approval.
Academic Transcript includes modules and grades.
Final Certificate issued by UFP Assessment Limited (UK).

Academic Appeal:
For marking errors or procedural issues.
Special Considerations:
For medical or exceptional circumstances with documentation.
